Terri Kallsen is an accomplished wealth management executive known for leading high-impact strategic initiatives. As Head of Partnerships at Rise Growth Partners, she oversees enterprise transformation, strategic planning, organic growth initiatives, client experience, and platform and performance reporting enhancements. She works closely with RIA leaders on succession planning and valuation strategies.
Previously, Terri served as Chief Operating Officer at Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG), where she led advisor teams and oversaw platform development, M&A integration, and financial planning. Prior to that, she was an Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab, managing more than 7,000 employees and supporting $1.6 trillion in assets under management (AUM).
A respected industry voice, Terri is a frequent speaker and writer, with appearances in Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MSNBC, and CNN. She was named San Francisco Financial Woman of the Year in 2019 for her dedication to mentoring and empowering women. A Certified Financial Planner®, she currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the CFP Board.
Terri completed the CFO Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict/Saint John’s University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Scott, of 30 years, and they have three adult children. An enthusiastic endurance athlete, Terri has completed 21 marathons, 50 half marathons, and numerous triathlons.
