The FPA NorCal Conference is the most established, advanced-level conference that provides the opportunity to interact with all parts of our community and profession. We offer an invaluable educational and networking event year after year.

Important Information
- We have over 550 registered and you can plan for 350 handouts
- On event day please check-in at registration in the California Parlor to get your name badge
- Don't forget to give whomever on your team will be attending the tracking information for your shipment

Important Partner Dates
February 2026 - Register Attendees
Please use your Partner Portal to assign your Attendee Tickets. A button to the portal has been provided below.

Additional registrations can be purchased at the Early Bird Member rate of $979.
March 2026 - Select Your Spot
Conference Director will contact you so you can select your Partner Table Location.
You will be contacted in the order which your Application and payment were received.
May 4th, 2026 - Deadline to Reserve Hotel Accommodations
Reserve your room for the 2026 FPA NorCal Conference
Conference room rate is $329.00 per night
You can also call the hotel at 888-627-7196 and identify yourself as a registered attendee of the 2026 FPA NorCal Conference.
May 5th, 2026 - Attendee List Provided
Attendee list with names, companies, emails, phone & addresses will be provided to you on Tuesday, May 5th.
Friday, May 8th - LAST DAY TO REGISTER
Friday, May 8th 2026 is the final day to register your attendees.
If you have not done so already, please use the button below to access your Partner Portal and assign your tickets for your attendess.
As a reminder– hotel accomodations are based on availability. Our deadline to reserve hotel rooms is May 4th.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are shipping anything for the 2026 FPA NorCal Conference, they should be shipped to arrive from Monday, May 11th and no later than Friday, May 22rd.
Remember, the Memorial holiday is Monday, May 25th and nothing will be received until late Tuesday, May 26th – which you don’t want to have happen!

AND . . . include mailing labels in your boxes to ship boxes back to you. The hotel will take care of collecting the sealed and labeled boxes late afternoon on Wednesday, May 27th. Please make sure whomever is attending the conference has all tracking information for your shipment.

Company materials will be confined to your four or six-foot draped table.
Logo tablecloths are fine to provide.
Booths, tabletop signs, or pop-up banners are not allowed.

ALL materials must be packed up in boxes, sealed, and
shipping labels affixed. Bring shipping labels with you!
Do you have an additional guest?
As a Partner with FPA NorCal you can bring additional guests to the conference at the Early Bird FPA Member rate of $979!
Partner Protocol:
- Company materials will be confined to the four- or six-foot draped table. Booths, tabletop signs, or pop-up banners are not allowed.
- Partners are responsible for set-up and removal of promotional materials. The Palace Hotel will pick up the boxes – with Partner's shipping labels attached – to mail back to the Partner.
- The Partner Atrium is not secure and Partners assume sole responsibility for security of items left at their exhibit table.
Cancelation & Unforseen Events:

Partners may submit a written request for cancellation by January 31, 2026. The Conference will refund the partnership payment less $1,000 to cover costs incurred.
Due to conference legal and financial commitments, cancellation requests submitted AFTER January 31, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
WiFi & Power
- We provide a special WiFi code for each of our Tech Lounge Partners. This WiFi code is for your use ONLY and will be at your table when you arrive.
- Our WiFi Palladium Partners will have the WiFi code each day for all other Partners so please visit their table.
- Power is only provided and available to our Tech Lounge Partners.
